How do I sign up for Unlimited?
A customer can register for the Unlimited service in the Unlimited app or website.
Is there any physical ticket validation I need to follow?
No, there is no physical verification required apart from the check-in process.
Is there a limit to the number of movies I can watch in a day?
No, there’s no such limit. A user can watch Unlimited movies within the subscription guidelines.
Can I book my movie tickets in any third party site?
No. Tickets must be booked through our client app to be eligible for a refund.
Is it necessary to book 2 tickets every time if I have a couple of pass?
It is not necessary to book for 2 tickets every time, you can book one ticket and receive a refund for the same.
Will I get a refund for a pre-booked ticket?
Yes, pre-booked tickets are eligible for a refund.
Can I transfer my Unlimited subscription to anyone else?
Your Unlimited account works only with the registered mobile number and can therefore not be transferred to anyone else.
When will the refund amount reflect in my fuel wallet?
The refund will reflect in the fuel wallet within 48 hours of watching the movie.
The SPI app is down. How do I book my tickets?
Our clients are expected to solve any issues that arise from using their applications.
Will I be able to change my preferences before renewal?
Yes you will be able to change your preferences before renewing your subscription.
Can I see the same movie more than once and get a refund?
No your refund is only eligible once per movie. You can watch the same movie in a different language and get a refund.
How do I renew my Unlimited subscription?
You can renew your subscription in the Unlimited App after your current subscription ends.
Can I cancel my Unlimited service before the expiry of my subscription and get a refund for the subscription amount?
No cancellation or refund of the subscription amount will be entertained after payment of the subscription fee.
