Personal Information
What do we collect?
For the work and functioning of our application, we collect four types of information from our users:
Personal information that you provide directly to us when you create an account with us or submit information through a form based on a specific request or purpose, specifically your name, postal delivery address, payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other payment method accepted on our application) and telephone number, as well as other information when such details are combined with your personal information.
Data collected automatically such as tracking information, IP addresses or other data related to usage.
Cookies, to help us understand what areas of Unlimited Movies are most useful and interesting to our audience.
We also collect your location to which the access will be provided by you when shared, in order to validate your presence at the theatre after which we will initiate your ticket refund process.

How do we use it?
We keep track of your interactions with us and collect information related to your use of our service, including but not limited to your online activity, title selections and ratings, payment history and correspondence as well as Internet protocol addresses, device types, operating system and related activity.
We use this information for such purposes as providing recommendations on movies we think will be enjoyable, personalizing the service to better reflect particular interests, helping us quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and requests and otherwise enhancing or administering our service offering for our customers.
The Unlimited App also collects partial payment data and other information arising out of transactions made from cards, banks or while using the App through SMS messages, after obtaining the User’s specific consent to allow the App to access the User’s SMS inbox.The Unlimited App accesses messages that originate from specific alphanumeric senders. The Unlimited App will read the OTP messages only if it has been given permission, by making it the default SMS app on your device. No personal SMS messages will be read by the Unlimited App. No OTPs are backed up.
We also provide an analysis of our users in the aggregate to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. We may also disclose and otherwise use, on an anonymous basis, movie ratings, consumption habits, commentary, reviews and other non-personal information about customers.
We may also use your phone number, email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent [with an option to subscribe/unsubscribe (where feasible)]. We may, however, use your email address and phone number without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major changes, for customer service purposes, providing information about updates to Unlimited App Services, etc.).
As you interact with our service, we and our service providers, or partners, may place cookies on your system. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your system for record keeping purposes.) In general, cookies can make the Internet more useful by storing information about your preferences on a particular system. In many cases, cookies or other technologies associate your interactions with our service to other information within your account.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Unlimited Movies has implemented security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Although, the site is completely virus-free, the user is advised to employ virus scans for extra security, as Unlimited Movies is not liable for any virus picked up at the time of transmission. Unlimited Movies allows users the option to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at registration. If you decide later to opt-out you can contact us by sending an email to

In case you choose to decline to submit personally identifiable information on the Unlimited App, we may not be able to provide certain services on the App to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the same at the appropriate time. In any case, we will not be liable and or responsible for the denial of certain services to you for lack of you providing the necessary personal information.
We do not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at ask@unlimitedmovies.in. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
